As an accomplished entrepreneur with a major in Business administration from University of Wollongong in Dubai, Zubin Doshi, the home-grown scoop master aspires to make Dubai an ice-cream haven for dessert lovers in the region. Turning his dream into reality Doshi launched the first Scoopi Café in Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Road in December 2014 and since then he has been constantly improvising the menu by introducing delectable flavours for customers to enjoy. Doshi is also the creator of the world’s most expensive ice-cream, the black diamond priced at a whopping AED3,000. Substantiating his position as a successful entrepreneur and a scoop master, Doshi recently opened doors to Scoopi’s rebranded flagship store, also located on Jumeirah Beach Road in Dubai. The year 2019 will also see the opening of another Scoopi Café branch in Ras Al Khaimah as well as spread its reach to major cities in India in the near future.
