1. Explore Categories 

• Go to the Awards > Award Categories tab. Click the dropdown beside each category to view eligibility criteria. 

2. Start Your Application 

• Click “Apply Now” to access the Submission Portal. 
• Click the green “Submit an Entry” button (top right). 
• First-time users will need to register before accessing the form. 

3. Fill Out the Nomination Form 

• Select your category from the dropdown. 
• Answer 4–5 questions about your brand. 
• Upload your presentation (please do not accept WeTransfer – submit viewable links only). 
• Click Submit once you're done. 
  
  

4. Confirmation 

• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. 
• Didn’t receive one? Your form might still be in draft – please check and submit.
  ● Need to make changes? Use the “Edit Here” link in the confirmation email. 
  
  

5. Additional details  

• Deadline: All nominations must be submitted online by 24th August 2026.
• Submitting a form does not guarantee an award.
  
• Brands may enter multiple categories if eligible. 
• Entries are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation.
• Our audit team may contact you to correct or complete information. 
  

6. Nomination fee 

• Once nomination form/s has been submitted, a member from our awards team will get in touch to initiate the payment process. 
• Each nomination is priced at 3000 AED + VAT. This is an operational fee and does not guarantee an award. 
• Payment can be made via payment link or bank transfer

The IMAGES RetailME Awards Jury includes retail industry experts across the MENA region. Nominees are assessed purely on the basis of their responses in the submission form. The jury reserves the right to: 

• Reassign nominations to more suitable categories 
• Rename or merge award titles 
• Drop categories with fewer than three valid entries (without prior notice) 

Awards Gala 

The official list of shortlisted nominees will be announced a few days prior to the event. Awardees will be honored at the IMAGES RetailME Awards Ceremony on 16th September, 2026.
